Stephen Castree

Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Castree, our CEO has experienced all aspects of Hedge Fund Administration, from company start up through to acquisition and integration with one of the world’s leading investment banks. In the process his roles have included that of Chief Financial Officer, marketing and sales, relationship management, operations responsibility, system and product development and additionally control and procedural oversight. He has worked in fund administration in London, Dublin, Bermuda and New York. Prior to joining Equinoxe as a Founder, he was Vice President of JP Morgan Hedge Fund Services and a Manager in the investment practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Stephen is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA.

Stuart Drake

Chairman

Stuart Drake was a Managing Director of JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services until late 2007, joining JPMorgan as a result of their acquisition of Tranaut Fund Administration Limited ("Tranaut") in 2004. He set up Tranaut in late 1999 and as Managing Director built the business in three locations: Bermuda, Dublin and Boston before its sale to JPMorgan. Prior to Tranaut, he joined Hemisphere Management Limited in 1993 at the start of that company's growth in the hedge fund administration arena.

He progressed to become a member of their executive management team in 1997 with responsibility for operations and had become Managing Director of their Irish operations when he left to start Tranaut. Prior to Hemisphere he worked at Coopers & Lybrand in both London and Bermuda. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. He has also contributed articles to a number of hedge fund publications and spoken at various hedge fund conferences.

Helen Parfit

Business Development Head

Helen Parfit began her financial markets career with Chase Manhattan Simon and Coates (now JPMorgan) in 1987 in UK institutional equity sales, moving to Citicorp Scrimgeour Vickers in 1988 covering UK and US institutional clients. She then switched to debt derivative sales at UBS Philips & Drew in London in 1990, where she covered major US and European institutions plus Hedge Funds, latterly serving as an executive Director until 1995.

Prior to joining Equinoxe as a Founder, Helen was the president of Mid Ocean Isles Limited, a Bermuda based investment management and venture capital company. Helen graduated from Oxford University in 1987.

David McAllister

Chief Technology Officer

David McAllister, our Chief Technology Officer, was formerly a technology manager with JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services, which he joined in 2004. He led a team within Global Technology Infrastructure, with responsibility for growing the technology footprint in Bermuda, Ireland, Luxembourg and the United States. David played a major role in the migration of employees and the integration of applications onto the global network of the bank following several acquisitions in the hedge fund space by JPMorgan. Prior to 2004, David worked as a Network Administrator for Brooks Thomas Group and before that as a Data Analyst for Exile on Seventh, an online Advertising Agency based in San Francisco. He has a BSc in Information Systems Development from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
