Alan McKenna

Director

Alan joined Equinoxe from JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services (formerly Tranaut Fund Administration-‘Tranaut’). He joined JPMorgan Hedge Fund services in Ireland in 2005 and played an essential role in building the business to its present size. He was responsible for the integration of two acquisitions into JPMorgan. Prior to joining JP Morgan Hedge Fund Services, Alan was a consultant at FundPartners BV, a Netherlands based product development and consultancy company, focusing on Alternative Investments. He also worked with Setanta Asset management and Bankers Trust in Dublin. Alan has over 12 years experience in the hedge fund industry. Alan holds an MSC in project management from the University of Limerick, a graduate diploma in E-commerce from NCIRL and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from John Moores University Liverpool.

David Barry

Group Manager

David joined Equinoxe Ireland from IFS, where he was a Fund Accounting Director, with responsibility for the delivery of daily and month end Net Asset Valuations. Prior to joining IFS, David spent two and a half years with JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services, latterly as an Assistant Vice President within the Portfolio Accounting Department. There he helped to develop controls and procedures for both the middle and back office. Before joining JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services David spent five years with PFPC International. David has a Bachelor of Business Studies with specialisation in Finance & Economics from Waterford Institute of Technology and nine years experience within the hedge fund industry.

Julie Callaghan

Group Manager

Julie joined Equinoxe Ireland from Citco Fund Services, where she worked since 2007 as a Senior Account Manager, with responsibility for managing a number of key client relationships and the delivery of middle office and valuation services to those clients. Prior to joining Citco Julie spent over 10 years with Northern Trust, latterly as Operations Manager/Vice President within the Hedge Fund Accounting Department. Within this role she was responsible for the reporting and valuation of a group of funds, as well as special projects within the hedge fund accounting department. Julie is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate of University College Dublin.
