Irfaan Hossany

Irfaan is a Director of Equinoxe Mauritius. Prior to joining Equinoxe, he worked for J.P.Morgan Private Equity Fund Services (formerly Schroders Private Equity Fund Services -‘Schroders’). Irfaan joined Schroders Bermuda in 2008 where he was responsible for the reporting of a group of funds. Before joining Schroders, Irfaan was with PwC Bermuda and also KPMG Mauritius, focusing mainly on the hedge fund industry. Irfaan specialises in the structuring, compliance and administration of investment vehicles, (private companies, private equity funds and hedge funds) and in international trading transactions. Irfaan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a Member of the Securities & Investment Institute (UK) and holds an ICA-Diploma in International Compliance.

Stephen Castree

Director

Stephen Castree, our CEO has experienced all aspects of Hedge Fund Administration, from company start up through to acquisition and integration with one of the world’s leading investment banks. In the process his roles have included that of Chief Financial Officer, marketing and sales, relationship management, operations responsibility, system and product development and additionally control and procedural oversight. He has worked in fund administration in London, Dublin, Bermuda and New York. Prior to joining Equinoxe he was Vice President of JP Morgan Hedge Fund Services and a Manager in the investment practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Stephen is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA.
