A critical factor that ensures the delivery of a premium service to our clients is the provision to our employees, of a highly automated technology platform (Advent Geneva and HWM Mantra) within a robust control environment. This enables timely, accurate information to be generated so our employees can focus on value added services for our clients.

Equinoxe has spent considerable time developing several generic procedures so that they can be customised for each individual client. Customisation takes place at every level from trade capture, valuation, performance fee structures right down to delivery mechanisms and timings. Clients can have the benefits of a fully customised product whilst being safe in the knowledge that both the core and review processes are amongst the best in the industry.

A highly qualified individual performs all tasks and focuses on exception processing. Next a peer review takes place. This in turn is followed by a senior level review from a member of the management team, before information can be released to the client or investor. Senior management is intimately involved with daily processing work.
